Ever since I was at a jazz festival back 2006! My passion for music has grown over me. All I can remember was hearing some random Guy up on stage with his electric acoustic guitar playing of one the finest jazz song there can ever be. As he played the guitar the melody seemed to swirl in my direction and danced in my ear until my mother pulled me away. Staying with me all day, humming the melodies later on all night.

Jazz discovered in 1920s or “The Roaring Twenties” {we all know them by}. African Americans musicians combined Western harmonies with African rhythms to create Jazz! 
Great thing they did too! Louis Armstrong and pianist Duke Ellington improved jazz beats and melodies to make it very vibrant! Which bring us to the present: Much of today’s popular music has been influenced by jazz.

With all that said, I took it in my own hands back in 2006, to learn how to play the guitar and become the best guitarist there is!!!…well didn’t happen but I have a guitar, its a classic acoustic guitar nothing exspensive, but it was donated to me by a church! {How sweet are they?}
Q: Who is your Favorite artist & why?
A: I really have to say India.Arie. the reason why I say her is because she is a great person inside and outside. Her music can capture the world with ever word and chord she plays and sings. I can listen to her all day long! Beautiful Flower is my favorite song of all times! She warms my heart. When I’m feeling down or just really happy I pop in her CD and be on my way!
Q: Who inspired you to play the guitar & who inspires you to Keep going?
A: The person who inspired me was the random Guy at the Jazz Festival. A lot of guitarists has also inspires me to keep going, once again I have to say India.Arie, Colbie Caillat, B.B King, Jack Johnson, and Many others.
I as a person Just LOVE music! I love hip-hop, R&B, coffee house/acoustic, Jazz, blues, India, etcetera, etcetera!
